In response to the upcoming Canada Post strike, Leisure Park Entertainment has made some necessary revisions to our shipping, delivery and pick-up methods.

In response to the upcoming Canada Post strike, Leisure Park Entertainment has made some necessary revisions to our shipping, delivery and pick-up methods.
Please note while shipping methods will continue to show Canada Post this is for shipping calculation only to be able to quote the most accurate rates from the alternate couriers. Please refer to the below for a summary of all revisions. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out prior to placing any orders.
Order Holds - Understanding the nature of our products and their limited availability and their collectability we will be introducing a new service where we will hold your orders until the strike is over and then ship via Canada Post afterwards.
Simply place your order as normal and choose the pick-up option, then in the special instructions/comments section please note that you wish us to hold your order until the strike is over. We will pick your order and then safely secure it until the strike ends and it Canada post service resumes.
Should you have multiple orders on hold, we will combine them to ship everything together. If your combined total for all held orders exceeds our Free shipping minimum then you will not need to pay for shipping. Otherwise, We will invoice separately the Canada post cost.
Shipping - In order to ensure you actually receive your order, we will be shipping via alternate couriers (FedX, Purolator, UPS) and will choose the most reasonably priced service provider at the time your order ships.
No signatures will be required for delivery as normal. While our checkout will still refer to Canada Post as the carrier, this is for back end requirements only to ensure the most accurate cost is applied to your order.
We will continue to offer Free Shipping, but have had to increase the minimum order amount from $100 to $125 effective immediately.
Delivery - We realize the increased cost of shipping is unreasonable, and impacts everyone. Especially those who are just outside of our normal delivery zone.
To be able to provide the best possible service, we will be increasing our delivery zone from 20KM radius to 50KM radius. Effective immediately
Pick-Up - The pick-up option will remain unaffected by the strike. Pick-ups are via appointment only. If you wish to pick-up your order simply place your order, choose the pick-up options and then reach out to arrange an appointment.
All revisions are in response to the Canada Post strike and are temporary. Normal shipping/delivery practices will be re-instated once the strike is over and workers report back to work.
We hope the strike doesn't continue long and we can go back to offering more reasonable costs for shipping your orders.
